Scope

Full kitchen design, fluted oak cabinetry, Taj Mahal quartzite, integrated coffee station, installation

The dominant trend of 2026 kitchen design is tactility — surfaces that reward touch as well as sight. Fluted vertical oak panels run the full height of the island and perimeter, catching light differently at each hour of the day. Against them, a continuous Taj Mahal quartzite worktop — calm, pale, faintly luminous — holds the room in equilibrium.

The oak was hand-milled in our own workshop: each flute profile was refined over thirty iterations before the first cabinet was built. A concealed integrated coffee and wine station occupies a full bay of the east wall behind flush matching panels — the only evidence of its existence is the faint warmth of the temperature-controlled cabinet when you walk past. Herringbone light oak flooring extends the material language to the floor without repeating the profile.
