Scope
Kitchen design, handleless cabinetry, limestone specification, appliance curation, installation
The clients had renovated the Georgian townhouse over four years and saved the kitchen until last. They wanted nothing that would date, and nothing that would distract from the proportions of the room. The answer was pale, quarter-sawn oak veneers over handleless doors — grain running vertically through every panel — with a single honed Jura limestone worktop that wraps the room in one continuous horizontal.
Appliances are concealed behind matching oak panels, hidden not to deceive but because the room is calmer without their industrial signage. The only visible hardware is the lighting — a single run of warm-white LED below the upper cabinets, and a suspended pendant above the dining table. The floor, original Georgian flagstone, remains.
