Scope
Vanity design, hand-made floating cabinetry, marble specification, brass tapware, mirror wall, installation
A Brooklyn master bath asked for storage that disappeared and a surface that lasted. The answer was a wall-hung double vanity in pale quarter-sawn oak, floating clear of the floor so the marble runs uninterrupted beneath it. Two basins sit in a continuous slab of Calacatta Oro, the vein matched across both bowls so the stone reads as a single thought.
The vanity is built as a single suspended cabinet on a concealed steel carrier rated to 120kg — solid oak internals, dovetailed drawers, push-to-open hardware. Brass tapware was left unlacquered to age with the room. Backlit round mirrors float above each basin, washing the marble in warm light without casting a shadow on the face.
